Een cruciale interimrol waarin je performance-inzichten herstelt, kostenbeheersing versterkt en sneller besluitvormen mogelijk maakt in een operationele omgeving met hoge druk.

Belangrijkste Deliverables (eerste 3 maanden)


• Verbeteren van zichtbaarheid op financiële performance binnen Cargo en Passenger Handling

• Versterken van inzicht in operationele kostendrijvers en afwijkingen

• Tijdig signaleren van opkomende kosten- en volumirisico's

• Aanleveren van actiegerichte inzichten voor kostenreductie

• Versterken van forecast-discipline en verbeteren van datakwaliteit

Wat je gaat doen


• Opstellen van maandelijkse performance packs, flash reporting en variatieanalyses

• Leiden van short-cycle forecasting en kostenanalyses

• Uitdagen van aannames en onderbouwen van besluiten met heldere aanbevelingen

• Samenwerken met Operations, HR, Planning en Commercial voor beter kosteninzicht

• Identificeren van efficiëntiekansen in manpower, materieel en externe spend

• Verbeteren van rapportagekwaliteit, tijdigheid en onderliggende data

Vereisten Wat je meebrengt


• Sterke FP&A- of financial business partner-achtergrond

• Ervaring in operationeel intensieve omgevingen (bij voorkeur luchtvaart/logistiek)

• Vermogen om complexe data om te zetten in duidelijke aanbevelingen

• Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden, scenario-modellering en kostendiepte-analyses

• Zelfverzekerde communicatiestijl richting senior stakeholders
