The Talent Acquisition Internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition strategies, allowing you to develop essential skills in building a strong employer brand, retain current employees and attract new talent.

In This Role, You Will

• Assist in the creation of compelling job postings to attract top talent;
• Utilize various platforms and tools to identify potential candidates for open positions;
• Conduct TA screening calls and liaise with potential candidates;
• Gain experience on how to negotiate terms of employment;
• Maintain and expand your network, such as through visits to universities for fresh graduates;
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance recruitment strategies;
• Seek opportunities to expand understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process;
• Contribute to different employer branding initiatives.

Job requirements

What makes you a great fit?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Please note you will have to be enrolled for the full duration of the internship;
• Previous internship experience is a plus but not required;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• A passion for talent acquisition and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
