About the Role

IPknowledge is looking for a motivated AR/AP Manager to join our growing finance team. In this role, you'll ensure smooth cash flow, accurate invoicing, and efficient payment processes across our international vendor network. You'll collaborate with sales, operations, and finance colleagues, while supporting automation initiatives that modernize our workflows. Key Responsibilities

·       Manage customer invoicing and supplier payments with accuracy and timeliness

·       Prepare monthly profit margin reports and ensure proper allocation

·       Verify invoices, tax rates, and automated ledger entries

·       Align supplier purchase orders with customer invoices

·       Support cash collection and monitor supplier payments

·       Partner with internal teams to keep financial data up to date

Your Profile

·       Degree in financial or business administration (MBO/HBO)

· –7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administration

·       Strong Excel skills; experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus

·       Fluent in English (Dutch is an advantage)

·       Detail‑oriented, reliable, and proactive in suggesting improvements
