We're working with a fast-growing scale-up who are already collaborating with over 150 clients in 15+ countries, helping businesses transform how they connect data, people, and processes. As they look to expand in Amsterdam they are looking for a skilled Technical CRM Consultant.

You will be at the heart of their mission - designing and delivering smarter solutions that drive real business impact. You will bridge the gap between technology and business, bringing ideas to life through platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and SAP.

The role:

  • Translating business goals into technical designs and implementation plans
  • Developing and maintaining integrations between CRM, ERP, and custom software systems
  • Building data model
    s
    that enable accurate insights and smooth migrations
  • Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to deliver seamless, future-ready solutions
  • Guiding clients through workshops and technical decisions with a clear, solution-focused mindset

Your Profile

  • 3+ years' experience in technical consulting or software development
  • Background in Java, React, or similar modern technologies
  • Strong skills in data modelling, APIs, and system integration
  • Experience with CRM or ERP platforms such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or SAP
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Collaborative attitude and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
