Customer Support Coördinator

Description of the role:

Are you the supportive linchpin we are looking for? Someone who helps us enhance our international visibility and optimize customer communication and experience?

We are seeking an independent and proactive professional with a keen eye for growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships, while also contributing to our marketing approach. You will easily switch between following up on leads, handling customer queries, developing marketing materials and campaigns – all within a young, informal working environment where you'll enjoy both freedom and responsibility.

You will work closely with the team, supporting commercial activities. Whether it's following up on a lead or running a LinkedIn campaign – you make it happen.

Key responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management: You will ensure accurate data entry and management in our CRM system, provide insights through reports and dashboards, and independently follow up on enquiries and set up follow-up actions.
• Content Creation and Monitoring: You will review content for various marketing materials, websites, newsletters, blogs, social media, and other communication channels. You'll also coordinate and assess results and interactions, including managing visual content creation with designers.
• Analysis and Reporting: You will monitor the effectiveness of our CRM activities, marketing campaigns and actions, and report on results to continuously improve our strategy.
• Event Support: You will assist in organizing and promoting trade fairs, open days, and other events.
• This is a growth role: As company results increase, the Customer Service department will expand, with policy and coordination eventually managed by a Customer Service Manager.

Personal qualities:

• Comfortable managing relationships in Dutch, English and German; French is a very big plus. You identify, execute, and follow up on necessary customer actions.
• Team player, connector, and self-starter with a proactive attitude – whether working in a team or independently, you're comfortable in both.
• Flexible – you can switch quickly between tasks and maintain oversight.
• Accurate – you are meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce).
• Familiar with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude) for content creation or analysis.
• Analytical – you spot opportunities and optimize processes.
• Experience with LinkedIn campaigns or email marketing.
• Familiar with tools like SurveyMonkey, Meta Ads, Canva, WordPress.
• Strong affinity with the MedTech sector.

Education & Experience:

• Completed MBO-4 or HBO-level education, preferably in Marketing & Communication.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is a must.
