We're seeking a creative visionary to become one of the guardians of our brand story, a versatile Motion Graphics Designer who holds the codes of our visual identity and helps share our mission with the world. This hybrid role combines motion graphics expertise with graphic design mastery to bring our brand to life across Europe, empowering our commercial teams and inspiring audiences through compelling social media content.

Motion Graphics (30%)

Create engaging motion graphics for pitch presentations and client proposalsDevelop animated social media content for various European marketsProduce video assets Collaborate with the social media Ensure consistent brand application across all motion graphics deliverables

Graphic Design (70%)

Design high-impact pitch decks and presentation materials Create print and digital marketing collateralDevelop visual assets for social media campaignsSupport brand consistency across all European markets & websiteDesign infographics, reports, and other business communication materials 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and graphic designExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign are a must)Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchyExperience creating content for brands, respecting brand guidelinesExcellent time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyEnglish required, Dutch or German is a plus Creative and enjoy thinking out of the boxProactive and pragmaticTeam player, able to work independentlyCommunicatively strong and reliableWith an interest in marketing trends & AIExperienced working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Purpose-Driven Environment: Join a company with a mission that matters, working in an office that reflects our innovative mindsetVibrant Social Culture: Be part of a team that values social connections with regular events, drinks, and company tripsHealthy Perks: Enjoy our daily complimentary healthy and delicious lunchFitness Benefits: Take advantage of free access to our gymGrowth Opportunities: Benefit from numerous opportunities for personal development and career growthCompetitive salary and benefits package
