DevOps / Cyber Security - IAM Engineer (CyberArk Specialist) Role Overview:We are looking for a dedicated DevOps / Cyber Security Engineer with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), particularly in Privileged Access Management (PAM) using CyberArk technologies. You will be responsible for engineering, maintaining, and supporting PAM services across a diverse, enterprise -scale IT environment. This role is part of a dynamic Agile DevOps team committed to delivering secure, scalable, and automated solutions. Required Qualifications and Skills:Strong experience with CyberArk and its core components is mandatory (e.g., Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM).Familiarity with additional CyberArk tools such as PSMP, OPM, Conjur is a strong plus.Solid understanding of DevOps principles, infrastructure automation, and secure software development lifecycle (SDLC).Scripting and automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash, REST APIs).Experience working in large -scale, complex environments and with enterprise IT infrastructure.Knowledge of access controls, RBAC, and security auditing processes.Familiarity with Agile / SCRUM methodologies and associated tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).Proficient in English; Dutch is a plus but not mandatory.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Desirable:Certifications in CyberArk (e.g., CyberArk Defender or Sentry) or other IAM/PAM -related credentials.Experience with cloud -native IAM and security tools (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM).Experience with test -driven development and writing automated tests. Requirements Location:Hybrid (On -site & Remote) – Netherlands preferred, but open to other EU locations
