Your role in our shared journey
Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting the Consumer Lifecycle & Engagement Team in managing CRM and loyalty initiatives, with a particular focus on the OneASICS loyalty programme. In this role, you'll help create engaging customer experiences, manage cross-channel marketing communications, and support the implementation of rewards programmes whilst analysing performance metrics to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Manage cross-channel marketing copy to ensure consistency across the brand's communications and touchpoints.
• Administer raffle programmes including winner management, customer communications and prize distribution processes.
• Support the implementation of rewards programmes and coordinate partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
• Analyse key performance indicators and create comprehensive reports to track programme performance.
• Manage promotional product inventory and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and validate compliance with brand standards and regulations.
• Track vendor invoices and maintain accurate budget documentation for financial reporting purposes.

You Have The Following Skills

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Background in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Digital marketing experience preferred, particularly in paid media and CRM; no specific years of experience required.
