About the role

We are continuously looking for experienced Supply Chain professionals for various positions within the pharmaceutical industry. Depending on your background, expertise and career ambitions, you may work in roles focused on planning, logistics, procurement, lifecycle management or operational support.

You will play a key role in ensuring reliable, compliant and efficient supply of pharmaceutical products across the global supply chain.

Possible areas of specialization:

Supply Chain Planning

  • Product and line planning with a strong focus on supply planning
  • Developing and maintaining supply plans and forecasts
  • Managing supply throughout the full product lifecycle

Distribution & Logistics

  • Coordinating import/export activities
  • Inventory and returns management
  • Ensuring on-time delivery in line with GMP/GDP requirements

Lifecycle Management

  • Managing product introductions, changes and phase-outs
  • Aligning supply strategies with lifecycle milestones

Procurement & Operations Support

  • Supporting sourcing activities and supplier management
  • Working with ERP systems (SAP) and supply chain data
  • Ensuring documentation and compliance within GxP environments

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Performing root cause analyses
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Supporting digital transformation initiatives

What we are looking for?

Do you recognise yourself in the following:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Experience gained within a
    pharmaceutical company
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Planning
    , including product and line planning
  • Proven experience with
    Lifecycle Management
  • Solid knowledge of and experience with
    GMP / GDP / GxP
    regulated environments
  • Experience performing
    root cause analyses
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with:
    SAP
    ,
    Excel
    ,
    Tableau
    , PowerBI
  • Strong
    stakeholder management skills
    , able to work with internal and external partners on different levels
  • APICS certification
    (CPIM / CSCP) is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English
  • Proactive, structured and improvement-oriented mindset
  • Living in the region of North Brabant (within 60 minutes by car or public transport) and
    not requiring visa or sponsorship
