Your purpose:
Grow Zenchef's brand awareness by turning restaurant owners into enthusiastic clients. You'll deliver value at every meeting by showing how our tools help restaurants thrive.
Your team:
You'll join the Sales team in Amsterdam, whose mission is to build strong relationships with local restaurateurs and show how Zenchef can support their business.
What you will do:
Visit restaurant owners daily in the the Netherlands to connect and understand their needs (region South-East or North (Overijssel, Friesland, Groningen) or Central (Utrecht, Amersfoort, etc)
Prospect new clients through door-to-door, phone, or email outreach to grow your portfolio.
Organize and lead meetings to deliver impactful presentations of Zenchef's solutions to restaurant professionals.
Conduct personalized, engaging product demos that clearly illustrate the added value of Zenchef.
Prepare clear, attractive sales proposals to help prospects make decisions.
Follow up regularly with prospects and clients to build trust and move opportunities forward.
Close sales by highlighting Zenchef's offering and negotiating win-win agreements.
Be a trusted advisor to restaurateurs by sharing your food tech expertise to support their growth.
Stay organized and diligent in tracking goals using our CRM and sales methods.
Share on-the-ground feedback with the team to contribute to collective improvement.
What you bring to the table:
Based in the region South-East or North (Overijssel, Friesland, Groningen) or Central (Utrecht, Amersfoort, etc) of the Netherlands, with good knowledge of the local restaurant ecosystem.
Fluent in Dutch and English
Proven experience in sales, ideally in field sales or a B2B environment.
Confident in pitching, presenting products, and closing deals.
Resilient and results-driven — you enjoy reaching your goals and celebrating wins.
Autonomous in the field but also love team collaboration.
Organized and detail-oriented — you're great at tracking leads and following up effectively.
Flexible and resourceful — you easily adapt to new challenges.
Curious and passionate about the restaurant industry, food tech, or hospitality.
Experience in hospitality, HORECA suppliers, food industry, or food tech is a strong plus
