As a Supply Chain Order Entry & Management Specialist, you'll ensure smooth seasonal execution by managing order entry, reconciliation, and cross-functional coordination to support operational excellence.

Supply Chain Order Entry & Management Specialist - Key responsibilities:

  • Execute order entry and management operations
  • Liaise with Marketplace Supply Chain, Planning, Sales, Merchandising, and Tech teams
  • Align Consumer Code dates with order processes and reconciliation
  • Adapt to their upcoming SAP S4 HANA transformation and drive stakeholder engagement

Supply Chain Order Entry & Management Specialist - Key qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with some reporting and analytics skills: Excel is a must, Alteryx and Cognos are a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • A fast learner, self-starter and detail oriented person.

  • Location: Hybrid, Hilversum
  • Duration: 5+ months (plus potential extensions)
