Since 2014, Meller has been selling sunglasses online all over the world. After ten years of online sales, it's time for Meller to expand through physical stores.

Available position

1 x Sales Assistant with a flexible contract (20h–24h/week – 0-hour contract)

Job conditions

  • Contract: 1-year temporary contract with a 2-month trial period, with a real possibility of becoming permanent
  • Immediate availability
  • Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts is required

Your day-to-day as a Sales Assistant

  • Assisting and advising customers with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Handling the register and keeping the store tidy and organized
  • Managing exchanges and returns smoothly
  • Restocking products and maintaining an attractive visual display
  • Supporting the team with good energy and a willingness to learn
  • Representing the Meller brand authentically in every interaction

What we're looking for

  • Experience in retail or customer service (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Languages: Fluent English (mandatory); Dutch and/or Spanish are a plus
  • Experience working with sales targets and KPIs (a plus)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to different shifts
  • Attention to detail and a passion for order and presentation
  • A proactive, problem-solving, and customer-focused attitude
