Manager, Operations

As Operations Manager, you are the leader of the Operations team and part of a larger, global operations team. Your role is to lead, motivate, develop, and scale the EU Operations team in a proper and personable way. You are the main Operations contact person for our EU site.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading: Managing and developing the operations team through flexible resource planning, including warehouse management, manufacturing, and customer support. You'll motivate and inspire the team to ensure their growth and alignment with the company's core values and strategy.
• Strategizing: Implementing and aligning tactical plans on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis to meet operational goals.
• Learning: Mastering tactical processes to support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitoring: Overseeing all operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Controlling: Maintaining a strong understanding of key performance indicators and driving action within a mixed-model pull manufacturing system.
• Applying: Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and integrating LEAN principles into daily operations.
• Driving Growth: Scaling the operations team to support 30-50% growth.
• Collaborating: Driving cross-functional strategies to align with the global operations strategy.

The team you will be joining:
Our Operations team is responsible for building, testing, packaging, and shipping OnLogic technology around the world. Their tireless attention to detail, and commitment to quality lets us boast about how reliable and configurable our systems are. Members of the Operations team cross-train on multiple disciplines to provide us with unparalleled staffing flexibility and the capability to react to any manufacturing demand. Roles within the Operations team include computer production tech, warehouse and logistics, supply chain management, customer and supplier quality engineering, manufacturing engineering and technical support.

Requirements

• You speak and write Dutch and English at a full professional level.
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of leadership experience and a minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience.
• You have knowledge of and experience with ERP systems related to procurement, you understand capacity planning and scheduling.
• Affinity with computer hardware is a plus.

Benefits
The salary range for this role is € 6.000,- to € 8.000,- per month. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
