The internship
DBB is an end-to-end Digital business transformation that will simplify, standardize, and modernize our processes, data, & tech landscape across all of HEINEKEN, bringing benefits to Operational Companies, Functions, Customers, and Suppliers.

The role will require assistance to the Deployment Team on the following tasks:

• Seamless deployment-related workshops preparation, tasks, and logistics, ensuring it runs like a well-oiled machine and leaves participants engaged
• Play a crucial role in supporting the team during key phases, such as Key-User Trainings and User Acceptance Testing, Go-live preparation, and gain hands-on experience with the deployment of the biggest project in Heineken's history.
• Keep everyone in the loop with engaging updates on project phase deliverables, turning progress reports into exciting milestones that celebrate each step forward
• Transform information into captivating visual stories Use your creativity to design presentations that inform, inspire, and engage your audience.
• Set the gold standard for documenting meeting information, ensuring every detail is captured with precision and clarity, making it easy for everyone to stay informed and aligned.

Your new team and workplace
The Deploy and Value Capture team is responsible for the HEINEKEN OpCo deployment of DBB and ensuring the business value is realized.

Each Transition team consists of a Transition Manager, 1 Process Lead, and a Business Analyst per workstream. There are 5 workstreams:

• Market to Cash (MtC)
• Source to Pay (StP)
• Demand to Warehouse (DtW)
• Record to Report (RtR)
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Conditions of HEINEKEN

• You are enrolled at an educational institution.

• In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you.

• In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.

• You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing.

Our Internship Conditions

• Your starting date is on February 1, 2026
• The internship is full-time
• The duration of the internship is 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
• It is a practice-oriented internship
• You will be based in Amsterdam (A/Stad4)
• During your internship, you have the flexibility to work hybrid
• You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross per month based on 40 hours per week
• You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
• If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed
