We are looking for a Senior Solution Expert who has the passion and experience to put 12Build on the map in Denmark. You are the hunter, the region strategist and the Country Lead of our growing Danish team.
We are a fast-growing, international SaaS organisation and are about to professionalise our presence in Denmark. Although we are still in the start-up phase in the Danish market, you already have a valuable foundation: you will work directly with our Customer Success Manager (CSM), Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Business Development Manager (BDM) on site.
What will you be doing?
Sales: You are the driving force behind deal conversion. You pick up on qualified leads generated by the SDR and guide them through the entire B2B sales cycle.
Customer strategy: You work closely with the CSM to ensure successful implementation and to identify and realise upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
Strategic deals: Focus on closing complex, strategic deals. You will be responsible for achieving your revenue targets in Denmark.
Country lead: You contribute to the realisation of regional goals by monitoring focus, and progress. You are also committed to ensuring optimal cohesion between SDR, Sales and CSM in your region. You will also have regular internal contact regarding marketing, translations, events, support, etc.
Growth: you contribute ideas about local growth and team development.
Culture ambassador: You represent our corporate culture in Denmark and ensure a strong connection with the international head office in the Netherlands.

VereistenWhat do you bring to the table?
Senior Commercial Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in B2B Account Management, with a strong focus on new business.
Proven Successful Market Expanding: You have proven experience in further expanding a market (preferably in the SaaS/Tech sector).
Fluent Danish and English: Excellent control of the Danish language (business and cultural) and professional level of English.
Ownership: You are self-starting, proactive and take full ownership of the results in Denmark.
Location: You live in Denmark, preferably in the Copenhagen area. You are happy to travel to the Netherlands on a regular basis.
