We're looking for a talented Electrical Commissioning Lead to join a team delivering cutting-edge projects across multiple sectors including pharmaceuticals and data centres specifically

In this role, you'll take charge of commissioning activities, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently, while supporting project teams and vendors to meet deadlines and client expectations. You'll also have the opportunity to grow your expertise and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of electrical systems.
  • Develop and maintain commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Review documentation, performance tests, and operational manuals.
  • Manage electrical testing and energization teams on-site.
  • Prepare progress reports, final reports, and certifications.
  • Support project handover and client interactions.
  • Travel across Ireland and mainland Europe for project support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Commissioning (Electrical trade background is a bonus).
  • 3+ years' experience in a commissioning or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and schematics.
  • Excellent team player with communication and coordination skills.
  • Previous Data Centre experience
