Kom ons team versterken als training & product specialist

Jij wordt hét gezicht en eerste aanspreekpunt voor (nieuwe) klanten binnen ons Customer Success Team. Met jou aan boord starten klanten moeiteloos en halen ze vanaf dag één waarde uit ons platform.

Kerntaken bij deze rol:

  • Bijdragen in intake sessie als onboarding expert.
  • Onboarding van klaten A tot Z: klantomgeving inrichten inclusief branding, avatars en templates etc.
  • Gebruikers trainen: vooral online, soms ook op locatie.
  • 1-op-1 online sessies geven en relevante how-to's, templates en video's maken.
  • De Vormats Academy doorontwikkelen zodat gebruikers altijd aan de slag kunnen.
  • maken van trainingsmaterialen.
  • De stem van de gebruiker zijn: feedback ophalen en delen met het productteam.
  • Helpcenter beheren en continu verbeteren voor maximale gebruiksvriendelijkheid.
  • Snelle first response leveren via chat en e‑mail.

Wie ben jij?

  • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met Content Marketing, copywriting en/of video productie.
  • Sterke communicator: vloeiend in Nederlands én Engels, mondeling én schriftelijk.
  • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring.
  • Je krijgt energie van het geven van trainingen en voor groepen staan.
  • Ervaring met contentcreatie (bijv. video's, how-to's, templates).
  • Proactief, pakt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Klantgericht en servicegedreven; tevreden klanten maken jou blij.
  • Interesse met video en AI.

Je staat er niet alleen voor. Je werkt intensief samen met de Customer Success Managers die jou als expert inzetten bij hun klanten waarvoor ze commercieel verantwoordelijk zijn.
