HR Advisor – Mid-Senior Level | Contract | Emmen, Netherlands

We are currently looking for an experienced
HR Advisor
to join a public sector organization based in
Emmen
. This role focuses on providing strategic HR guidance, supporting team leaders in people management, and contributing to organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support team leaders on HR-related issues, team development, and organizational change.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities within teams and proactively contribute to solutions.
• Coach and guide team leaders who require additional HR or leadership support.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues in HR and other departments to ensure integrated HR support.

Profile

• Several years of experience as an
  HR Advisor or HR Business Partner
  , preferably within the
  public sector or a municipality
  .
• Strong expertise in
  team development
  ,
  coaching
  , and
  change management
  .
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Must be fluent in
  Dutch
  .

Additional Information

• A
  Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
  is required and must be obtained within 28 days of starting.
