Project Manager – Optimization Services Group

Intralox has an opening for a Project Manager to work on Intralox's Conditioning Platform. This position pertains to providing controls and mechanical consulting support for various technologies operating across many industries. A wide degree of self-management, creativity, and latitude is expected in day-to-day work.

The position will be based in EMEA and ideally in our Hoofddorp location.

What Will You Do?

• Oversee the management of projects and explore ways of improving the efficiencies by analyzing tools, processes, and the usage of project specialists with the end goal of improving the team's overall project execution.
• Actively manage projects through the project's life cycle by monitoring overall progress, coordinating team member participation and identifying & resolving potential resource or process conflicts.
• Ensure project tasks are completed efficiently for successful completion and timely delivery of project deliverables and required project management documentation
• Optimize process for creating, maintaining and distributing necessary documentation and presentations to Intralox industry teams, vendors & customers as dictated by the project requirements. This includes but not limited to: Bid requests, proposals, estimating worksheets, confirmed pricing calculations, purchase orders, manuals and final project documentation.
• Dynamic and thoughtful communication as the primary point of contact across multiple teams including project sponsors, key stakeholders, and project execution teams (internal and external) by understanding who needs to know what, and when
• Schedule and coordinate attendance of Intralox personnel, subcontractors and vendors for project audits and installations
• Approving project plan development to include scope of work, BOM, installation timelines and final approvals
• Transparently lead multiple active projects to achieve objectives
• Consistently identify and eliminate project issues and bottlenecks while anticipating and diffusing project risks
• Ability to navigate both the "big picture" space and dig into the project level details to solve problems
• Coordinate resources across multiple departments with input from other functional managers
• Provide final project P&L reports; as needed
• Define and refine process improvements and act as a change agent for successful adoption of new ideas and processes
• Attend various industry team meetings as an OSG representative to provide details concerning project status updates, OSG procedures and next steps, project scheduling and planning
• Be a champion for the team to sell OSG packages and project support

Who Are You?

• B.S. or B.A. in Project Management or in Engineering from an accredited university
• 5 years experience managing projects, preferably in product implementation and/or manufacturing
• Technically minded, with the ability to grasp and communicate different technical concepts
• Ability to utilize project management software such as MS Project or other equivalent tools at a high level.
• Self-managed with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Talent for processing new information quickly
• Strong project management and time management skills including attention to detail and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task creatively and strategically with proven track record of proactivity and taking initiative to solve problems
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic about continuous learning and personal growth
• Experience working in a high demanding customer service based environment
• Willing to provide phone support for projects after 5pm and/or on weekend/holidays; as required by customer and/or project schedules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
• PMP or formal Project Management training preferred
