A leading global organization is embarking on a comprehensive, multi-year SAP transformation initiative. As part of building a new SAP delivery team from the ground up, we are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Consultant with expertise in one or more of the following domains:

  • FICO (Finance & Controlling)
  • SD (Sales & Distribution)
  • MM (Materials Management)
  • PP (Production Planning)
  • Data Management, Data Migration, or Data Modeling
  • SAP Project/Delivery Management

This is a functional-technical, hands-on role focused exclusively on solution delivery. You will collaborate with an international SAP team on system design, configuration, integration, and build activities within a highly technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your area of specialization, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end configuration and implementation within your SAP module.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Ensure seamless integration across SD, MM, PP, FICO, and Data domains.
  • Collaborate with development teams on custom objects, interfaces, IDocs, and APIs.
  • Support testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and validate solutions.
  • Contribute to data structuring, migration, mapping, and transformation (for Data-focused roles).
  • Coordinate workstreams, manage project timelines, and drive delivery (for Project Management roles).
  • Document process flows, configurations, and key decisions.
  • Support cutover activities, go-live execution, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the listed SAP modules.
  • Strong functional and technical skill set with proven configuration expertise.
  • Ability to operate effectively across integrated SAP landscapes.
  • Experience in complex project environments; S/4HANA experience is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working closely with technical teams, including architects and developers.
  • Excellent communication skills and a structured approach to documentation.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in retail, wholesale, consumer brands, or multi-country SAP rollouts.
  • Experience with greenfield implementations or template build projects.
  • Exposure to integrations, data migration, or comprehensive testing cycles.
  • For Project Managers: proven track record in leading SAP delivery teams.
