About Our Client
The
Business Analyst a.i.
serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, with a primary focus on
HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management (WFM)
processes. This role is responsible for understanding business operations, gathering and documenting requirements, and facilitating effective communication across business units, technical teams, and external partners.

Job Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of Payroll and Workforce Management processes and translate this knowledge into IS solutions.
  • Understand the future integration landscape and apply insights to proposed technology solutions.
  • Define clear use cases and requirements that align business objectives with technology outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with various business and functional teams.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to reach consensus on optimal solutions for business challenges and deliver new enhancements.
  • Recommend improvements to business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication among business stakeholders, internal technical teams, and external system integration partners.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Business Analyst A.i. Should Have

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related role.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst within HR/Payroll and Workforce Management.
  • Experience in integration and future system planning.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, leveraging collaboration and influence rather than authority.
  • Strong experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear, accessible format.
  • Ability to analyse business processes, recommend changes, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
