Interim Corporate FP&A / Treasury Analyst

About the Role

This position is essential for bridging the daily treasury functions with the company's broader financial strategy.

You will be responsible for integrating treasury data directly into our long-range financial models and strategic plans, ensuring our corporate-level forecasts accurately reflect our liquidity, capital structure, and risk exposures. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence capital allocation decisions, optimize our balance sheet, and support the company's long-term growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, maintain, and refine comprehensive multi-year balance sheet forecasts, incorporating business growth assumptions, cash flow trends, and future funding requirements.
  • Analyze corporate liquidity, identify potential funding gaps, and model various scenarios to ensure adequate buffers and contingency plans are in place.
  • Evaluate and recommend various funding strategies (e.g., short-term vs. long-term, fixed vs. floating, domestic vs. foreign) based on robust financial models and cost-of-capital analysis.
  • Identify and assess foreign exchange (FX) exposures across the global balance sheet.
  • Support the design and evaluation of hedging strategies, modelling their potential P&L impact and overall effectiveness to mitigate volatility.
  • Take a key role in the end-to-end balance sheet management of all companies.
  • Partner closely with the Global Business Services (GBS) team to delegate and coordinate project tasks, optimize treasury workflows, and drive continuous process improvements.

We are seeking a highly analytical candidate, preferably from an FP&A background, to provide critical support in both complex financial analysis and core treasury tasks.
