Your Role

As a Student Analyst, you'll be an integral part of our professional team, supporting client assignments and gaining deep insights into leadership, strategy, and organizational dynamics. We have a long-standing tradition of working with high-potential students, and we're excited to welcome a new team member. It's a great chance to immerse yourself in a dynamic, international work environment and begin building your (management) consulting skillset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with consultants and analysts throughout the executive search process
  • Identify and verify potential candidates and their professional details
  • Prepare client-ready documents and reports
  • Maintain and update our internal database with relevant market intelligence
  • Track industry developments, company news, and leadership movements
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the EZ Amsterdam mailbox

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing a 2nd/3rd year bachelor's or master's degree (with at least one year remaining)
  • Intellectually curious, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Analytical and detail-focused
  • Structured in your approach to presenting information
  • Reliable and deadline-driven, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Discrete and professional in handling confidential information
  • Note: role will be based in Amsterdam and is on location in our Office
