BearingPoint is looking for a (Senior) Consultant to join our Energy & Utilities team in Amsterdam. In this role, you'll work on strategic transformation projects, helping clients navigate the complexities of the energy transition and implement innovative solutions.

As a (senior) consultant energy transition at BearingPoint, you (lead/are part of) a multidisciplinary team on challenging assignments within the Energy sector. As a team you deliver complex projects that play an important role in realizing the energy transition.

Furthermore;

• Delivery of projects for our clients, from strategy design to transformation management – this includes responsibilities like conducting analysis, facilitating workshops, turning analysis into insights, project & stakeholder management, creating (senior) management presentations, etc.
• Actively thinking with clients about business strategies, development and integration of innovative concepts and technologies, and transformation plans
• Managing relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Signaling and acting upon the needs of the clients and translating these into projects
• Actively updating yourself with new developments and innovations in the industry
• Contribute to developing activities for our growing practice within the European BearingPoint network

• A relevant master's degree, preferably with a technical and/or (organizational) business / energy focus
• Interest in energy transition and understanding of the utilities industry
• Strong analytical skills and numerical understanding
• Proven project management skills
• Excellent communicative skills in Dutch and English (written and oral)
• 4 - 6 years' proven and relevant work experience in a similar role as a (internal or external) consultant or relevant business function
• Preferred candidates have experience in topics such as: Business Strategy, Digital Operations, Transformation Management, Organizational Design and/or Operational Excellence
