Owning growth and making money
You'll take full ownership of growth for a newly acquired German consumer brand with massive upside. You'll design, test, and scale everything, from tracking and creatives to funnels, markets, and lifecycle marketing, moving fast, experimenting boldly, and driving real revenue and margin growth.

What You'll Do

• You scale paid media on Meta and Google, and expand into new channels such as TikTok and affiliate marketing when the numbers make sense.
• You manage €10K+ in daily budgets with disciplined testing, pacing, and profitability targets.
• You engineer conversions by iterating Shopify themes and landing pages, integrating apps, and running CRO experiments that deliver measurable uplift.
• You use Microsoft Clarity to uncover behavioural insights and translate them into actionable tests.
• You run attribution and performance analysis in Triple Whale, maintaining clear visibility over MER, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
• You publish concise weekly performance reviews that turn data into next steps and real learnings.
• You own lifecycle marketing in Klaviyo by building flows, campaigns, and segments that increase AOV, conversion rate, and repeat purchase.
• You systematise creative and funnel testing through structured experimentation, shipping multiple variants weekly.
• You automate routine work with AI and lightweight scripting to accelerate creative iteration, reporting, and audience management.

• You are a native German speaker with strong English communication skills.
• You are based in Amsterdam or ready to relocate before starting, with a regular in-office presence.
• You have hands-on experience across the full growth stack — Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, and Microsoft Clarity — and know how to connect these tools into one efficient performance engine, or have better tools in mind that achieve the same outcome even faster.
• You understand tracking, attribution, and creative testing and can translate insights into measurable growth.
• You have a strong creative eye and good taste — you know what makes content convert and can spot the difference between good and great.
• You have experience with content strategy and production, from ad concepts to visuals and storytelling.
• You think analytically but act creatively, blending data-driven decision-making with intuition and experimentation.
• You use AI tools and lightweight automation to move faster, test smarter, and eliminate repetitive work.
• You are curious, fast-learning, and self-driven, preferring to figure things out rather than wait for instruction.
• You have a builder's mindset — you take ownership, move fast, fix problems quickly, and focus on results more than polish.
