Hello Straw is a global brand that is known for their innovative paper disposables to overcome the single-use plastic crisis. Through collaborations and tailormade products we have been able to enter multiple industries and countries. Today we are looking to not only be known by our product's quality but we want our brand to be recognized by all who use it. 

Therefore we are in the lookout for a motivated professional that can help this company's digital presence to grow If you consider yourself someone creative, organized and data driven this role would be perfect for you. One day you will be working in the airline industry while others are focusing on the music events. It's a dynamic role that requires a hands-on person that can keep audiences engaged and able to capture all the different markets Hello Straw is part of in a month 

About the Role

You'll work on SEO, website improvements, social media growth, content creation, and analytics. This is a dynamic role with diverse tasks where creativity, curiosity, and data-driven thinking are key.

What You'll Do

SEO/SEM & Website Growth

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
  • Write SEO-friendly blog posts and website copy
  • Support and optimize Google Ads / Meta Ads campaigns
  • Analyse website performance and suggest improvements
  • Bring new ideas of interactive ways SEO can be implemented

Social Media

  • Create and edit short-form video content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
  • Write engaging, keyword-optimized captions for both Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Stay up to date with trends and algorithms functionality
  • Contribute fresh content ideas to grow brand awareness, share ideas of new collaborations and campaigns we can do
  • Support on marketing projects

Analytics

  • Track KPIs across social, website, and campaigns
  • Create monthly performance reports with insights
  • Identify opportunities for growth and optimization

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in digital marketing in B2B (social media, content creation)
  • Basic WordPress knowledge
  • Strong understanding of SEO and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with SEM platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Great copywriting skills and eye for trends
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
  • Proactive, creative, and eager to grow
