Design & PM Coordinator (EU)

Location:
Rotterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)

Duration:
6-7 months (could extend further) Looking for an Asap start.

Overview:
My client is a large consumers goods company looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to coordinate the implementation of there new visual identity across multiple brands in the EU portfolio. This role will manage end-to-end execution from pack design to communication assets, ensuring consistency, timings and excellence in delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management for visual identity roll-out across multiple brands and markets for our EU portfolio.
  • Coordinate briefs and manage timelines with design agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Review and approve artworks, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Provide weekly status updates and proactively chase deliverables.
  • Support packaging and design changes, including artwork updates.
  • Oversee execution from design through to final assets for communication.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong project management skills – ability to manage complex networks and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience coordinating design briefs and working with design agencies.
  • Experience in packaging design/ visual identity roll-outs and artwork changes.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Passion for design and packaging; understanding of visual identity principles.
  • English fluency required; other EU languages are a plus.
  • Background in FMCG and/or Home Care is a plus.
  • Previous design agency experience is a plus.
  • 3+ year working experience min required
