Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and elevate our digital customer experience. In this pivotal role, you will help shape and execute marketing strategies that support the bank's broader business objectives and long-term growth. You will collaborate closely with teams across the organization to ensure our messaging, digital touchpoints, and customer journey are consistent, impactful, and aligned with our corporate identity.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a central role in designing, implementing, and evaluating marketing initiatives that enhance engagement and deliver measurable results. You will translate our corporate story into compelling digital communication, drive cross-channel marketing coordination, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Duties & responsibilties:

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital solutions in enhancing customer experience.
• Coordinate communication, advertisement and marketing activities with internal and external parties.
• Reflect GBI's Corporate Story to social media strategies; starting from LinkedIn execute the communication strategy.
• Partner with marketing teams to align digital solutions with brand objectives and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and user experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Leverage digital analytics and insights to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities for integrating marketing automation tools and techniques to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of experience in branding and digital marketing.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in digital analytics platforms, marketing automation tools, and UX/UI design software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern project management practices.
• Dutch: native level proficiency.
• English: near-native level proficiency.

Education: 

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree preferably in Business Administration  Computer Science, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Business Analysis or related field.
