AI4ALL is a fast-growing nonprofit
do-tank
founded in the Netherlands in 2024. Our mission is to empower everyone to create accessible and inclusive AI that addresses the biggest challenges facing women, the planet, health, and future generations.
We operate across four core pillars —
Women, Earth, Health, and Youth
— through programs that educate, connect, and inspire action. Our community of 80+ volunteers leads initiatives including mentorship, entrepreneurship support, youth education, and AI masterclasses. We also host three flagship annual events: the

, bringing together leaders and changemakers in responsible AI.
About the Entrepreneur Program
The AI4ALL Entrepreneur Program supports
early-stage founders
, with a strong focus on women building AI-driven solutions. Through mentorship, peer learning, and community, the program helps founders sharpen their ideas, grow their confidence, and expand their networks within the AI ecosystem.
Each year, the program brings together founders, mentors, and partners committed to building responsible and inclusive AI businesses.
About the Role
We're looking for a
Program Marketing Manager
to own and grow the visibility of the AI4ALL Entrepreneur Program.
You'll be responsible for telling the program's story: attracting new founders, showcasing impact, and making sure the right people know about and engage with the program. This role sits at the intersection of content, community, and growth.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract aspiring and early-stage founders to the Entrepreneur Program
- Create engaging content across channels (social posts, short-form stories, newsletters, light video)
- Own the program's social media cadence in collaboration with the central AI4ALL marketing team
- Work closely with the Entrepreneur Program Lead to highlight milestones, testimonials, and founder success stories
- Keep website and newsletter content up to date and compelling
- Experiment with tools, including AI-powered marketing and design tools, to improve reach and efficiency
Who You Are
You're a proactive storyteller who enjoys turning real work and real people into engaging content.
You likely bring:
- Experience managing social media, especially LinkedIn and Instagram
- Strong content creation skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar)
- A good sense of what resonates with founders and startup communities
- Excellent English communication skills (Dutch is a plus)
- Interest in startups, AI, innovation, and inclusive tech ecosystems
- Curiosity to test new tools and formats, including AI-assisted marketing
