About the Role
As a
Cell Culture Technician
, you will play a key role in the production of high-quality vaccines within a GMP-compliant environment. You will work across various process steps, including preparation, cell infection, harvesting, and aseptic filling, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Execute bioprocessing tasks, including cell infection, harvesting, formulation, and ampoule filling.
Operate filling lines, freeze and store vaccine materials under GMP conditions
Follow GMP guidelines and SOPs to ensure product quality and compliance.
Accurately document all procedures and results using standardized templates and logbooks.
-Support cleanroom preparation, equipment cleaning, and area setup
Proactively identify and report equipment issues or deviations from standard processes.
Perform physical, repetitive tasks such as pouring roll bottles and moving sterile materials
Requirements:
MBO level 3 or 4 diploma, or a relevant HBO degree in biotechnology, life sciences, or related field
Experience in a GMP production setting (pharma, food, or feed)
Proficient in Dutch
Comfortable working in cleanrooms, wearing protective suits, and performing repetitive and physically active tasks (e.g. lifting, standing, moving materials).
