About the Role

Lead a dev team, shape our content platform, and drive cloud-first innovation. JavaScript/TypeScript lovers, this is your playground

As Lead Engineer for WoodWing Studio, you are responsible for the technical direction, delivery, and performance of Studio Client. The frontend for our content creation product. You lead and manage a team of 6–8 software engineers, providing both technical guidance and personal development support. You ensure the team delivers secure, scalable, and maintainable software that meets product and customer needs in cooperation with the product manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6–8 software engineers.

  • Define and implement technical direction, architecture, and best practices.

  • Oversee releases and ensure software quality and reliability.

  • Collaborate with Product Management on priorities and planning.

  • Support and troubleshoot critical issues when needed.

  • Continuously improve development, testing, and deployment processes.


Requirements:

  • Strong experience in full-stack web development.

  • Proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript (Angular).

  • Proven leadership experience and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication in English.
    • Hands-on, pragmatic, and reliable.

  • Beneficial
