We are looking for an experienced Risk Control Strategy Analyst to join our global team. This role will play a key role in detecting, analysing, and preventing online fraud across the full customer journey - from registration to payment. Partnering with finance, product, and leadership teams, you'll design and implement data-driven risk control solutions that balance fraud prevention with customer experience.

In this Role, you'll get to

• Analyse fraud incidents and transaction data to identify patterns, root causes, and emerging threats.
• Design and implement risk prevention and detection strategies based on data insights and fraud trends.
• Develop, test, and optimise fraud detection models using SQL, Python (or R/SAS), and other analytical tools.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to enhance fraud controls and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor real-time activity, respond swiftly to suspicious behaviour, and deploy countermeasures.
• Continuously evaluate risk performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  Support business case development and strategy execution to strengthen the overall fraud risk framework.

What you'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in fraud analytics, payments, or risk management is a must.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one analytical tool (Python, R, SAS, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, high-quality decisions in real-time.
• Expert ability in interpreting data and turning it into relevant, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with strong ownership, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• CFE certification or card-scheme credentials.
• Experience in airline/OTA industries or AI-driven fraud detection is a plus.
• Background in model development or advanced data science is a plus.
