Role Description

We're looking for a 
creative, hands-on Social Media & Brand Marketing Intern
 to join our Amsterdam team. This is a 
voluntary part-time role (10–12 hours per week)
, ideal for someone eager to gain experience in boutique fitness marketing and lifestyle branding. You'll support content creation, social media planning, and brand storytelling across digital platforms, helping to capture and communicate the PILAT3S experience Interns will receive access to PILAT3S events and collaborations with leading wellness and lifestyle brands in Amsterdam.
Please refrain from applying if you are not currently based in (or able to commute weekly to) Amsterdam.

Time commitment

4 hours per week in-studio
 - content capture, event support, and community engagement

6 to 8 hours per week remote
 - content planning and editing

Who You Are

Enthusiastic about wellness, design, and social media

Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Based in Amsterdam, with availability for weekly in-studio hours

(Bonus) Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
