Junior Frontend Developer
to join the HALO team.

What you will do

has a single goal in mind for its HALO product: be the number one AI platform for businesses. Focusing on delivering a human experience end-to-end, whether you're working in our Studio product and focusing on building out your AI ecosystem, an end-user relying on the AI's capabilities to get what they need, or an employee looking to co-create with AI. is re-imagining what it means to work on, and with AI.

Skills
Junior roles at are designed to help you develop the skills and expertise needed to thrive. Your buddy and lead will guide you through your journey, ensuring you learn, grow, and succeed in your role. You will, amongst others:

• Work on leveraging the latest and greatest AI models, combining them with our proprietary platform to deliver a human-like UX, exploring new concepts, and ensuring every detail is right.
• Be a part of our multi-disciplinary team consisting of developers, data scientists, product designers, and product managers. As a member of the core team, your work will consist of validating and exploring new concepts, maintaining and scaling our existing platform, and closely collaborating with the team to create impactful AI solutions.
• Havve a diverse focus and are expected to provide a meaningful contribution to the product's technical direction.

Work varies from implementing solutions, exploring how to solve a previously unexplored product direction together with data scientists and product teams, to constantly refining and iterating on our existing platform experience.

Additionally, you ideally have

• You have some experience as a software engineer building applications in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue, HTML/CSS, and responsive design tools is a plus;
• Strong affinity for design: know what you like and dislike, and love exploring how something could be improved and why.
• Strong communication skills and collaborate well in a complex, high-pressure environment.
