The Job

For our branch M-Cube NL we are looking for a talented and results-driven
Project Manager
to join our growing team. As PM, you will act as the connecting hub between our clients and partners. You will transform their business goals into tangible solutions and lead the development of digital projects – from ideation to installation –, guaranteeing that processes run smoothly while maintaining high quality results.

As a key member, you will help design, build, and optimize the software that powers our digital signage solutions. You will collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and fellow developers to deliver reliable and scalable applications.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of projects, spanning from LED installations to narrow-casting systems
  • Provide the best possible business experience to our clients worldwide, ensuring they feel heard and supported—always with a smile
  • Define plans, deliverables, and deadlines and monitor budget and quality
  • Coordinate all logistic aspects of installation, configuration and content management
  • Ensuring a smooth handover to the maintenance team

Essential Skills

  • Experience in project management of digital projects
  • Experience with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Technical understanding of digital displays, media players, and AV hardware
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 / Google Workspace
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of network technology or CMS systems (such as BrightSign, Scala, MagicInfo, or DXPOne)
  • A background in project management within AV, IT, or Digital Signage
  • Innovation-oriented attitude, contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions
  • Results-driven approach, consistently working toward achieving set goals
