All About The Role
Within the Marketing Operations function, we bring together our programme, process and project specialists in order to drive consistency and create a center of excellence for the marketing organisation. As a Senior Project Manager in this team, there is a huge opportunity to deliver world-class campaigns, alongside optimising our creative campaign delivery processes.

As the Senior Creative Studio Project Manager partnering with our Global Studio, you oversee every stage of key creative campaigns from briefing through to final delivery. Acting as the contact point between the Studio and the business, you ensure that projects are well-briefed, stakeholder expectations are managed and deadlines are met.

*These are some of the key ingredients to the role*

• Successfully manage 1–3 global campaigns simultaneously across up to 13 markets, handling timelines, budgets, risks, scope, and senior approvals within a 450+ marketing team.
• Coordinate between a 50-person Creative Studio, Studio Operations, and external agencies to ensure accurate resourcing, tracking, and quality control.
• Create and maintain standardised creative delivery processes and workflows to improve consistency and scalability globally and locally.
• Oversee integrated campaign delivery across channels like ATL, CRM, OOH, PR, social, digital, website, and in-app promotions.
• Identify and solve bottlenecks, lead conflict resolution, and align senior stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Drive workflow improvements, support new tools, and conduct post-project reviews to boost creative quality and efficiency.
• Develop and manage end-to-end creative delivery processes, including third-party offshore agency operations, by implementing structured campaign workflows, briefing frameworks, and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency in project delivery. Streamline collaboration between the Studio and offshore agencies while strategically influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across global teams and local markets.

*What will you bring to the table?*

• Significant, demonstrated experience leading complex project management, ideally within an in-house creative/design studio setting for a global, consumer-facing brand.
• Deep knowledge and proven success delivering campaigns across all major ATL and BTL channels, including but not limited to: CRM, Email, Digital, Social, Product, Print, OOH, and TVC.
• Track record of managing projects and building relationships across multiple countries/markets, demonstrating superior communication and people-management skills in a global environment.
• Highly proactive problem-solver with a long-term mindset, skilled at identifying operational roadblocks and designing scalable, strategic process improvements for future project delivery.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and possess proven experience implementing and leveraging Agile workflows and practices.
• Hold a recognized Project Management certification (e.g., APM, PMQ, PRINCE2) or equivalent professional qualification.
