Als Technical Solution Architect ben jij de technische regisseur tussen klant, Gorilla Services en Integratiepartners. Je bepaalt hoe oplossingen technisch worden ontworpen, gebouwd en geïntegreerd. Je borgt dat sales-beloftes technisch haalbaar zijn en dat integraties, architectuur en requirements volledig en helder zijn vóór het project start. Daarmee leg jij de basis voor succesvolle implementaties in Freshworks omgevingen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt vanaf pre-sales tot aan handover nauw samen met sales, consultants en klant. Jij analyseert technische risico's, ontwerpt integraties, maakt architectuurdiagrammen en zorgt dat alle technische keuzes onderbouwd zijn.

Kernactiviteiten:

  • Je adviseert in pre-sales over technische haalbaarheid en alternatieven.
  • Je ontwerpt High Level Designs (HLD), Low Level Designs (LLD), architectuurdiagrammen en integratiekoppelingen.
  • Je voert regie tussen klant-IT, GS-consultants en engineers om technische keuzes af te stemmen.
  • Je maakt risico- en impactanalyses die helpen sturen op realistische oplossingen.
  • Je lost technische blokkades op tijdens scoping en draagt verbetervoorstellen aan.
  • Je verzorgt workshops over integraties, security, CMDB, workflows en architectuurprincipes.
  • Je onderbouwt offertes en SOW's technisch en zorgt dat alle afspraken project-ready zijn vóór de handover naar PS.
