Voor een financieel gezond en toekomstgericht productiebedrijf in de regio Rotterdam zoek ik een daadkrachtige en mensgerichte Production Manager. Een spilfunctie in een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is, en die jouw visie en leiderschap nodig heeft.



Over het bedrijf

Deze organisatie verwerkt en verpakt diervoederproducten voor de consumentenmarkt. Met een nieuwe CEO aan het roer en een stevig investeringsbudget wordt volop ingezet op automatisering, data-analyse en duurzame groei. Op de locatie werken circa 70 collegas. De sfeer? No-nonsense, hands-on en volop in beweging.



Wat ga je doen?

Als Production Manager geef je dagelijks leiding aan 5 Shift Leaders en indirect aan zon 35 operators, heftruckchauffeurs en productiespecialisten. Je bent lid van een grotendeels nieuw MT dat samen een duidelijke missie heeft: groeien, verbeteren en professionaliseren.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Aansturen en optimaliseren van meerdere geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijnen.
  • Coachen en ontwikkelen van je team; jij haalt het beste in mensen naar boven.
  • Initiëren van verbeterprojecten op het gebied van efficiency, beschikbaarheid en kwaliteit.
  • Werken met lean tools en data om operationele KPIs te verbeteren.
  • Waarborgen van veiligheid, kwaliteit en naleving van HSE-richtlijnen.
  • Samenwerken met Supply Chain, Technische Dienst en Logistiek voor een soepele operatie.
  • Monitoren van prestaties en sturen op output, stilstand en arbeidsinzet.
  • Opstellen van realistische en haalbare productieplanningen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de cultuurverandering richting eigenaarschap en continue verbetering.


Wat neem je mee?
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende productie- of operationele functie.
  • Ervaring in een industriële omgeving (maak- of procesindustrie).
  • Sterke coachende leiderschapsstijl met focus op mensen én resultaten.
  • Ervaring met of ambitie in verandermanagement en verbeterprocessen.
  • Woonachtig in de regio Rotterdam of directe omgeving.

  • Salaris: EURO bruto per jaar (o.b.v. fulltime)
