We are looking for a Commercial Marketing Manager who can turn visibility into measurable growth. You'll be responsible for driving sales through our marketing channels, affiliate program, and partnerships—connecting marketing strategy with execution and ensuring every campaign contributes directly to revenue.

This role combines commercial thinking with hands-on execution. You'll work across affiliate sales, influencer collaborations, media relations, and B2B opportunities—ensuring each channel is utilized to its full potential to grow the Wim Hof Method brand.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate & Partner Sales

  • Manage and grow the affiliate program (via Tapfiliate), collaborating with our instructor community to help them succeed and boost conversions.
  • Recruit, activate, and support new affiliate partners, including influencers, content creators, media outlets, and businesses.
  • Develop and manage affiliate campaigns, promotions, and tools to help partners promote our products effectively.

Marketing for Sales Growth

  • Use marketing channels (email, including email flows, email acquisition campaigns, website, paid ads) to generate and measure sales.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align content, campaigns, and landing pages with sales goals.
  • Manage or coordinate with external paid marketing teams (Google & Meta) to ensure optimal return on investment.
  • Monitor and report on campaign results, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Media & B2B Requests

  • Manage all incoming media and B2B requests, ensuring smooth communication, clear follow-up, and alignment with company priorities.
  • Identify and secure collaboration opportunities with media outlets, brands, and organizations that support growth and visibility.
  • Coordinate logistics for interviews, partnerships, and joint campaigns to ensure professional execution.
  • Use media and B2B opportunities to onboard new partners as affiliates, foster long-term collaborations, and improve overall brand positioning.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure consistent brand communication and smooth implementation of campaigns.
  • Provide insights from sales and partnerships to inform marketing strategy and future planning.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, marketing, and partnerships, preferably within a digital or lifestyle brand.
  • Proven track record of turning marketing initiatives into measurable sales results.
  • Experience with affiliate programs (Tapfiliate or similar), influencer marketing, or B2B/media collaborations.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, sales funnels, and digital campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and commercially minded.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Must be based in and work from our Amsterdam office.
