Make a difference as Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Phytosanitary)

• Monitor, interpret and communicate global phytosanitary regulations;

• Support implementation of phytosanitary requirements across the organisation;

• Identify and resolve trade barriers and regulatory challenges;

• Prepare clear reports on key regulatory developments;

• Lead process improvements in response to regulatory changes;

• Collaborate closely with Seed Operations, Sales and R&D.

You will be part of a specialized team focused on regulatory affairs, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. You will report directly to the Regulatory Affairs Manager (Phytosanitary).

What you bring as a future colleague

• A master's degree, preferably in Regulatory Affairs, Plant Sciences, Biology, Agriculture, or a related field;

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in regulatory affairs or compliance;

• Preferably familiair with phytosanitary regulations and NPPO processes;

• Ability to interpret and implement regulatory changes;

• Experience in preparing regulatory reports and training materials;

• Fluent in English; Dutch or other languages are an advantage;

• Strong analytical skills and decision-making skills;

• Effective communication and influencing skills;

• Ability to work independently and under pressure;

• Willingness for occasional travel and commute to Enkhuizen;

• Demonstrated initiative in process improvement or cross-functional projects.

You are detail-oriented, proactive and a strong communicator and relationship builder.
