To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Manager Risk, Security & EHS Systems

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of that transformation — leading our global security program, driving enterprise risk and emergency preparedness, and advancing our digital EHS governance systems. You'll work across continents, influence senior leaders, and help shape a culture where safety, quality, and security are cornerstones of performance.

Tate & Lyle is looking for an experienced leader to shape our global strategy for Risk, Security and EHS Systems. This hybrid global leadership role combines strategic oversight of Security Governance with ownership of our EHS digital transformation, emergency preparedness, and governance excellence programs.

As Senior Manager Risk, Security & EHS Systems, you will play a key role in protecting our people, assets, and reputation — while driving data-driven innovation and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across our global operations.

Your impact

• Lead global security strategy: Design and execute Tate & Lyle's global security program, ensuring compliance with international standards and proactive management of emerging threats — from activism to geopolitical risks.
• Drive resilience and preparedness: Own our global Emergency Response and Business Continuity frameworks, ensuring our sites are ready to respond swiftly and effectively to any crisis.
• Accelerate digital transformation: Champion EHS digital systems and analytics (including Benchmark) to unlock insights, track performance, and prevent incidents before they happen.
• Shape governance and culture: Act as a trusted advisor and second line of defense — strengthening governance, supporting ISO certifications & 45001), and cultivating a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence worldwide.
