Are you a dynamic leader passionate about driving success in recruitment? The Amoria Group is looking for an experienced Team/Business Manager to lead a business unit within our contract recruitment division.

Amoria Bond, a proud part of the Amoria Group, is an international recruitment consultancy specializing in sourcing and placing experts within the IT, Advanced Engineering, and Life Sciences sector, and is seeking several ambitious 360° Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Amsterdam office. What You'll Do:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our contract recruitment footprint across key markets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service and tailored talent solutions.
  • Manage operational activities, including pipeline management, compliance, and performance analysis.
  • Drive business development efforts to expand our client base and secure new opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in recruitment management, specifically within contract/freelance staffing.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Superb client relationship management and business development abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of current market trends and compliance standards in recruitment.
