The PAG is part of Ayvens' Risk Department and Credit Risk Team, a team within the Ayvens holding company responsible for supporting and supervising the 43 local entities on matters of credit granting and credit risk management.

The Risk Specialist In The PAG Will

• Participate in the preparation of monthly and quarterly credit committees, in liaison with the finance department and local credit and finance teams.
• Participate in various cross-functional projects, particularly regulatory (NDOD, default, forbearance, watchlist, etc.)
• Participate to the definition of the credit risk management process (other than origination) including requirements and improvements in workflow, system and policy.
• Help in Monitoring the quality of the credit portfolio of Ayvens subsidiaries and act on any irregularities identified.
• Participate in monitoring the quality of credit portfolios.
• Participate in designing controls in credit risk processes and monitoring periodically if the central processes are effective.
• Suggest improvements in the global credit risk processes based on the outcomes of control testing.
• Participate in the coordination of the adjustments coming from Change initiatives (from integration, regulation) and in the implementation of that into the Run activities.

Technical Skills

• Significant knowledge of credit risk monitoring (regulations, internal rules and procedures, RWA, concentration, etc.)
• Prior experience in setting up and monitoring risk management, monitoring and reporting systems within the Société Générale group is a plus.
• Prior experience as credit analyst is a plus.
• Experience with advanced office tools (Excel, PowerBI), other data visualization tools and SQL language.
• Knowledge of credit risk management principles and relevant regulation (delegations, counterparty ratings, credit risk exposure, cost of risk, provisioning, doubtful exposures etc.)
• Knowledge of the specificities of the operational leasing business;
