Director Product Manager

From database to searchable data; areas and points of interest. We are looking for a mature Group Product Manager that together with the VP of Engineering will continuously drive the improvement of our search success scores through happy and motivated teams.
What you'll doYou will report to a VP of Product Management that, among other things, is responsible for product management of the whole search value stream (including sourcing and data processing)You'll manage a team of product managers and grow them further as leadersYou'll work very closely in a shared accountability with the VP of Engineering for the Search unitYou'll work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers in other areasYou'll work with our Automotive and Enterprise sales teams to understand market opportunities and guide your team to convert this into a coherent roadmap.You'll establish vision and strategy for the unit, aligned with other units (particularly in the search value stream) and the company strategyYou'll drive metrics and OKRs processes, and get teams behind theseYou'll continue to improve on product management practicesWhat you'll need
Experience building API products for B2B customersExperience with search and/or information retrieval more broadly8+ years experience in Product ManagementExperience in Big Data, AI/ML is a plusExperience creating strong relations with geographically distributed teamsWhat we offer
