Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Project Manager with experience at a pension insurer
Assignments:
Data quality
Further improvement of data quality has revealed 2 topics that need to be addressed. For these topics, an analysis of the affected group must be made with the help of a project group (a separate project group for each topic). An action plan must be made for these groups, with possible decision-making from the Steering Group.
Investments
In addition, a fund adjustment is required in the investments that we offer to our customers in our products. These adjustments must be properly processed in the participant administration and the communication tools. Customers must also be informed. Several business units are involved. For changes on the Asset Manager side, a different project leader is deployed.
The Business Project Leader reports on the progress, identifies bottlenecks and ensures that these are resolved.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate medium-sized projects
• Develop and implement project plans
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues
• Communicate with stakeholders and report on project status
Requirements:
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management
• Hands-on mentality and able to inspire team and deliver results
• Experience with complex policy and operational issues in a pension company
• Strong communication skills and able to use different influencing styles in collaboration with stakeholders
• Analytically strong but also able to adapt quickly to certain situations
