At Paula's Choice, we treat our employees as internal customers — and just like our external customers, we always put them first. In this role, you will be the dedicated HR Business Partner for our Digital Marketing & Marketplaces team, Brand team, and Finance & Operations team. You'll be working with a diverse group of colleagues from over 20 different nationalities and report directly to our Director HR Europe.

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for executing our Employee Experience: onboarding and offboarding processes, managing all administrative and operational aspects of the employee journey, and acting as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from managers and employees.
• Execute payroll and absence management: responsible for all activities impacting the Dutch payroll and coordinating sick leave cases in compliance with the Wet verbetering Poortwachter.
• Support recruitment: posting vacancies, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates. You'll ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding, with accurate documentation.
• Manage our HR system Daywize and drive process improvements: act as Product Owner for the current and future HCM system (Workday), lead system enhancements, testing, and stakeholder communication.
• Support training initiatives: assist with planning, logistics, and coordination of training programs and development activities.

What will you bring?

• A bachelor's degree in HRM or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• A high level of integrity and discretion in handling HR data.
• A reliable, professional, and approachable representative of the HR team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Fun, enthusiastic, eager to learn, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Dutch labor law.
• HR/payroll experience is a plus, we work with NMBRS for this.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
