Now we are looking for a
Security Specialist - Network Engineering
. In this role, you will be part of a diverse team working on one of the leading telecom networks worldwide. You will collaborate with IP & Telecom experts to design and build this high-end network in strong partnership with our customer. You will work with a security mindset in a state-of-the-art technology network based on a multi-vendor environment.

What you will do:

• Review the High-Level and Low-Level designs and provide valuable feedback.
• Build the IP network for tomorrow from these designs.
• Make changes and modifications and test them in our Test Center before implementing them in the live network via a strict change management process.
• Hand over new changes and implementations to our customer.

The skills you bring:

• Proven experience in network security engineering
• Certified in CCNA, NSE4 and BIG-IP would be an advantage
• Load Balancers (DNS, IPSec, VPNs, IPAM)
• Cisco, Juniper, Avocent
• Firewalls technologies (Checkpoint, ASA, Fortinet, F5)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Ansible and Python will be an advantage
• Fluency in Dutch language, English at least B2
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een
Security Specialist - Network Engineering.
In deze rol maak je deel uit van een divers team dat werkt aan een van de toonaangevende telecomnetwerken ter wereld. Je werkt samen met IP- en telecomexperts om dit hoogwaardige netwerk te ontwerpen en te bouwen, in nauwe samenwerking met onze klant. Je werkt met een security mindset in een state-of-the-art technologisch netwerk, gebaseerd op een multi-vendoromgeving.

Wat je gaat doen:

• De ontwerpen op hoog en laag niveau beoordelen en waardevolle feedback geven.
• Op basis van deze ontwerpen het IP-netwerk van morgen bouwen.
• Wijzigingen en aanpassingen doorvoeren en testen in ons Testcentrum voordat je ze via een strikt changemanagementproces in het live netwerk implementeert.
• Nieuwe wijzigingen en implementaties overdragen aan onze klant.

Jouw vaardigheden:

• Aantoonbare ervaring in netwerkbeveiliging
• Gecertificeerd zijn in CCNA, NSE4 en BIG-IP is een pré
• Loadbalancers (DNS, IPSec, VPN's, IPAM)
• Cisco, Juniper, Avocent
• Firewalltechnologieën (Checkpoint, ASA, Fortinet, F5)
• Uitstekende probleemoplossende vaardigheden en oog voor detail
• Ervaring met Ansible en Python is een pré
• Vloeiend Nederlands, Engels B2
• Vermogen om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken
• Servicegerichte mentaliteit.
