Join the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) at Nationale Nederlanden (NN) as a Product Manager in the Asset Reuse Team (ART). In this strategic role, you will lead the design, evangelization, and management of NN's AI asset marketplace, working closely with business units, engineering teams, and guilds to ensure the successful adoption and evolution of reusable AI components.

What you are going to do

As Product Manager of the ART team, you will be responsible for the overall roadmap of the Center of Excellence, setting OKRs, and managing the assets within the AI asset marketplace. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reusable components, prioritize development, and promote adoption across all business units of NN.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and manage the roadmap and OKRs for the AI asset marketplace

  • Lead the design and evangelization of reusable AI assets across business units

  • Collaborate with business unit hubs, CoE Asset squads, and Data Science guild members to identify and prioritize asset needs

  • Promote usage and contributions to the marketplace through demos, documentation, and community engagement

  • Set standards and ensure that assets meet NN standards for quality, security, and scalability.

  • Allocate shared engineering resources and coordinate with central and local forward deployment teams

Who you are

You are a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management, AI technologies, and stakeholder engagement. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about enabling scalable AI adoption.

You bring the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI or technology-driven environments

  • Proven ability to manage roadmaps, OKRs, and cross-functional teams

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, reusable software components, and agile methodologies

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple business units

Who you will work with

You will be part of the AI Center of Excellence and lead the ART team, collaborating with Product Owners, Tech Leads, (Gen)AI Engineers across assetization squads. You will also engage with business unit hubs, local delivery teams, and guilds to ensure alignment and adoption of reusable AI assets across NN.
