At DocMorris, Europe's leading digital health platform, we're looking for an HR Generalist who enjoys working broadly across the HR field. From administration and payroll support to employee experience, onboarding and process improvement.

Your mission: HR with heart, purpose and impact

As an HR Generalist, you help create a workplace where people feel supported, valued and truly heard. You keep the daily HR operations running smoothly, while looking ahead and helping us grow, evolve and stay agile.

We act with customers and patients in mind, but that begins by caring for our own people first. You ensure colleagues can rely on clear processes, transparent communication and an HR-partner, who listens, understands and acts with intent.

What you'll do. Varied, human and meaningful

No two days look the same, and that variety energises you.
You work broadly across HR, supporting the team and organisation wherever needed.

• Prepare employment contracts, contract changes and HR documentation

• Maintain accurate HR master data and contribute to a digital, efficient HR environment

• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions

• Support payroll preparation and collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, L&D and other stakeholders.

• Contribute to projects on culture, digitalisation, onboarding and employee experience

• identify opportunities to improve processes and help turn them into lasting solutions

• Play a connecting role in a warm, collaborative HR team that learns, builds and innovates together

This is a broad role with responsibility, ownership and plenty of room to grow.

What you bring

You are an all-round HR professional who switches smoothly between tasks and understands how everything fits together.

• Background or qualification in HR (or a related field)

• Experience in HR generalist work or personnel administration

• A digital mindset and confidence working with HR and time-tracking systems

• Strong command of Dutch and English (German is a plus)

• Knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR processes

• A structured, accurate and service-minded approach

• A proactive attitude and ownership in execution

• Joy in collaborating, connecting and communicating clearly
