Role overview

The Field Marketing Execution Associate will be a core member of the Benelux field marketing team. The Execution Associate will work in support of the overall marketing team. They will support in the execution of campaigns and events, to attract the attention of new buyers and influencers, build demand and influence existing pipeline through direct and partner engagement.

Role is based in the Netherlands – main office 's-Hertogenbosch.

This is a fixed term full-time role, and we anticipate 40 hours per week.

Operational responsibilities

Main responsibilities will involve:

• Executing campaigns across all marketing channels including digital marketing, events, webinars, email marketing, content, account-based marketing etc.
• Manage the administration of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams (Sales, Industry Advisors, Centre of Excellence, Presales, etc) to support and rollout campaigns.
• Prepare internal communications, presentations, and materials.
• Support the marketing team in all campaign activities including data analytics, reporting & other administrative tasks.

• Fluent in English language.
• Dutch and/or French is preferred.
• Strong execution skills.
• Strong team player, able to work with a diverse team.
• Strong ability to multitask and priorities requests, managing multiple projects.
• Self-driven, be able to work independently and a desire to think outside the box.

What are we looking for?

• Junior marketer with 1-4 years of B2B or B2C experience.
• We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who excels in focusing on intricate details and ensures accuracy and precision in their work.
• Experience in the software/high-tech industry is a nice to have.
• Desire to learn multiple tools and solutions.
• Campaign management experience; managing multiple tasks/ deadlines.
• Team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and copes well with pressure
• Inquisitive and not afraid to challenge and ask questions.
• Ability to commute to the office on regular bases.
